POLICY

In order to guarantee your reservation a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at time of booking (by bank transfer). Balance to be paid either prior your arrival date (by bank transfer) or on your arrival day (in cash).

Cancellation: Must be in writing

Up to 8 weeks before arrival – forfeit of booking deposit.
4-8 weeks before arrival – 50% of rate refunded.
2-4 weeks before arrival – 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival – no refund.
